Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is actually considered as the prerequisite, namely very bottom line of our service chains to our customers. There is nothing to boast of to have set up a flamboyant QC system with many QC inspectors. For Fronter / Galafront people, QA is a habit, not only a system. That means we have been accustomed to carry out all regulated processes like material / accessories quality checking, pre-production meeting, in-line inspection and final inspection ? While inspecting, we use AQL2.5 or 2.0 criteria depending on different items and customers' requirements. Fronter / Galafront have been ISO 9000 certified companies long and the entrenched concept of quality products has been part of our daily life.

The paramount goal of our quality assurance is to continuously enhance the improvements on our products and services even without our customers' reminders so as to exceed theirs expectation. It is not the quality assurance, but the mentality of customer's total satisfaction that counts.
