Innovation has been regarded as a perpetual driving force to lead Fronter / Glafront towards a more sustainable enterprise era. We strictly follow up PDCA management norm to track down the effectiveness of our “R & D?projects since there could be many grey areas to hinder the timeframe of new product developments. Periodically the results of company-wide innovation are quantified to have season-on- season comparison figures to let all team members realize how to improve the relevant urgency or quality of “R & D?implementation.
Existing items could be cash cows for a decent company, since these generate efficiency and then profits. However, the healthy concept and thorough implementation of innovation are, after all, the rising stars of a potentially sustainable enterprise. It has been and will still be the backbones of Froner / Galafront. |

Fronter / Galafront are also proud of our strong outsourcing team which has been popping in and out of China, Vietnam, Thailand and even other remote areas if necessary. The core competence of our resourcing ability is to quickly response with decent quality, reasonable prices and in-time deliveries to our customers. Although some items are not from our own productions, the management tactics have been deeply applied to these outsourced items. That is why our general performance of outsourced items are still top-notch, same as our own factory's production. |
